Meditation is an important activity for those who believe and apply the Law of Attraction. If you are one of those who want have changed their outlook on life and have embarked on a pleasant journey towards success,then you will find this activity as the only time you get to encounter yourself in a day. In fact,Law of Attraction meditation should be done regularly. This is the only way that you avoid being carried away by harsh realities and attract all the negative things life can offer you instead. Without it,the whole point of keeping yourself devoted to the Law of Attraction may end in failure and you may just backslide to your old desperate self.
Deeply religious persons have long practiced meditation in their efforts to communicate with God. Monks,for example,do this a lot in the serenity and silence of their monasteries. They say that it is only in that atmosphere will they be able to listen well to God’s voice. In the Law of Attraction meditation,basically,it works in the same manner. However,the difference is that you communicate with no one but yourself. Of course,if you are in a noisy place,you will drown yourself in other people’s voices. You will also need a proper place where you can do this effectively. You will need the same peace and silence before you can listen and talk with your inner being.
The main theme of your communication with your inner being,of course,is the positive outlook you wish embed in yourself. You may have ignored your inner self for a while because you have been trying to meet the demands of your job for the whole day. It is only right to spend moments with yourself and remember that every negative thing that you have encountered must be set aside and infuse positive views instead. You do this by reaffirming statements about appreciating the good things you already have and those that you still wish to have. The Law of Attraction meditation does not allow you to think even for a second about the bad things that happened to you nor of the bad possibilities ahead. Otherwise,you will be attracting negative energy instead.
Once you are already in a suitable atmosphere of silence and peace,you close your eyes and feel your breath. Do this for a couple of minutes. After this,still with eyes closed,start thinking of the good things and good happenings that you want to come true. Do this for an even longer time. Imagine yourself as if you already have these good things. This is how an effective Law Of Attraction meditation is done.
