1. The roller adapter sleeve is not fully locked.
The reasons are bearing quality problems; the roller shaft of the adapter sleeve is finely ground; after the adapter sleeve lock is locked in place, the position of the stop pad is not in line with the adapter sleeve opening. Before the roller is repaired, check the bearing clearance to determine the tightness of the lock nut.
During maintenance, bearing clearance is often too large at one opening, and bearing clearance is too small when the lock nut is turned to the next opening. The bearing clearance is large, the tight quantity is not enough, and the roller is prone to run through the shaft. The bearing clearance is small, and the bearing is liable to jam during the operation of the roller, causing bearing damage.
2. The drum hub expansion bolts are missing or broken.
The phenomenon is that the distance between the inner end surface of the two bearings and the two ends of the drum is large, the temperature of the bearing seat is high, and there is an abnormal noise. The reason is that after the hub bolts are loosened, other bolts are lost or broken due to uneven force.
